Sunil Kumar Jain is Chartered Accountant by qualification with more than 25 years of experience as a Finance Professional and Private Equity Fund specialist.
He has spent over 20 years in diverse leadership roles within Aditya Birla Group. He has worked in Group Corporate Finance, Private equity Fund working across the life cycle of the fund, i.e. from inception to exit and then transformed to the CFO function of Aditya Birla Private Equity in 2017.
His last assignment was as CFO at Aditya Birla Capital Digital Ltd, since August 2023 where he led the finance, planning, compliance, and taxation function. He set up systems and processes from ground-up, providing strategic direction and charting the growth path for newly formed distribution business. Prior to joining Aditya Birla, he worked with SBI Capital Markets and Lodha Capital Markets.
